REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge
- To cancel, contact us immediately at support@urbanvastra.com with your order number
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our return policy
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to processing fees
RETURN POLICY:
Eligibility:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Return fee are charged back to customers
RETURN PROCESS:
1. Contact us at UrbanVastra99@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide order number, item details, and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization (RA) number and instructions
4. Pack the item securely with all original materials
5. Ship item back using provided instructions
6. Track your return shipment
REFUND PROCESS:
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned item
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is defective or incorrect
- Return shipping costs borne by customer unless item is damaged/defective
- Refund amount will be the product price minus any discounts applied
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Exchanges available for size/color variations subject to stock availability
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Original shipping charges apply; customer pays return shipping
- If exchanged item has price difference, additional payment or refund will be processed
- Only one exchange permitted per order
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- Report damaged/defective items within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- Do not use or wash the defective item
- Free return shipping provided for confirmed cases
- Replacement or full refund offered at your choice
- Quality control issues will be resolved with priority
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Downloadable products or digital content
- Items without original tags or in used condition
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
REFUND TIMEFRAME:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days after processing
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days after processing
- UPI/Wallets: 5-7 business days after processing
- Cash on Delivery: 7-10 business days via bank transfer
